It’s almost time for the big reveal! The new eikondevice.com will go LIVE on December 1st. If you have a cart in progress please place your order before Nov 30th at 10pm EST. The website will go into maintenance mode at 11:59 pm EST on November 30th. If you have any trouble accessing the site please call our customer service.

What happens to any CARTS that are currently in progress?

At 11:59 pm EST, November 30th, any carts not submitted as orders will have to be recreated on the new website. We recommend submitting your orders on November 30th by 10 pm EST, at the very latest.

What to expect on December 1

Eikondevice.com will go into “Transformation” mode at the stroke of MIDNIGHT on November 30th. Website transformation should only take a few hours, but it could last until NOON on December 1st. (It’ll be worth the wait, we promise!)

On December 1, check your inbox for your Account Activation email. Remember, you’re going to need to create a new password to access your account. THAT’S IT - That’s all you have to do!

NOTE: We recommend that you do this as soon as you can, because the activation invitation expires in 7 days.

If you don’t see your Account Activation email – check your SPAM folder.

The ONE-step process to get into your account on the new website

When the new eikondevice.com goes live you’ll need to do ONE SIMPLE THING to access all your existing account information: CREATE A NEW PASSWORD.

Here’s how:

  1. You’ll receive an email with an account activation link.
  2. Click on the link...
  3. Now, just create a new password and you’ll be ready to rock.

You want to spend more time doing the things you love (drawing and tattooing) and less time placing orders, so our team has been working day and night to give eikondevice.com a big makeover, while ensuring a seamless transition for you and your shop.

When you hit our site post-launch, it’ll be faster and easier to shop, PLUS you’ll be able to create orders and checkout right from your tablet or phone. We’ve also added a powerful search engine - so you can find what you’re looking for anywhere on the site, super-fast.

What to expect in your account

  • Your account information will have been transferred over (Stuff like Shipping and Billing addresses)
  • All of your orders since 2018 will be accessible on your Account Dashboard
  • Our world-famous Customer Service team will be on standby to lend you a helping hand if you need it. We’ve got your back!
