Eikon Update: Customer Service & Shipping Hours – Jan 2021

With new COVID restrictions being introduced across the country, we are temporarily adjusting our Customer Service and Shipping hours to comply with provincial requirements. Our top priority is to continue to take care of you, while doing our part to take care of the health and safety of our staff and our community. Read on for full details of the changes taking place effective January 18th.

Feels like a bad case of deja vu doesn’t it? Here it is 2021, and once again we’re seeing restrictions and lockdowns being implemented in regions across the country…including our home province of Ontario.

As a provider of essential supplies, we are allowed to remain open, however, we’re adjusting our operations in order to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Here’s what you need to know:

WE ARE OPEN:

  • Online store: Open 24/7
  • Customer Service and Shipping: Open Monday thru Thursday 11:00 am - 4:00 pm EST
    • Orders placed during open hours ship as soon as possible
  • Changes go into effect: Jan 18

Our top priority is to continue to provide you with the best service we can, while doing our part to minimize the risk to the health and safety of our staff and our community.

Here are some helpful reminders to help you navigate these most recent changes:

  • Avoid Shipping Delays: Carriers are experiencing increases in volume which may result in shipping delays
    • We recommend using UPS MyChoice whenever possible
    • More information can be found here
    • NOTE: Orders placed on Thursday after 3:30 pm EST will ship the following Monday
  • We’re Here for You: Contact us by Phone, Live Chat, Email, Facebook or Instagram DM
  • Stay in the Loop: Follow us on social media for updates and other information.

We all had high hopes that things would be better THIS year, and we know the current situation is frustrating, to say the least, but we’re all in this together - stay safe, stay hopeful and be kind. We’ll keep you posted on any updates as they become available.
