2024 was a pretty special year for us… Not only did we turn 30, but we also launched a bunch of killer new products (your words, not and ours, lol) starting with our Cartridges, and wrapping up 2024 (pun fully intended) with shop Essentials like Drapes, Wrap & Razors. Your response to these new products has been nothing short of awesome! Thank you! 30 years in, and we’re still in love with tattooing and yes, tattoo supplies (our inner supply geek is showing).

As always, we’re closing out 2024 by inviting you to join us in raising a glass (what's in ‘em is your choice ) and make a toast to another year of doing what we love with our ever-changing, ever-growing tattoo family.

This year we’ll be shutting down Eikon HQ for the holidays, and will be closed between Christmas and New Year’s (December 25-January 1) to give our team some time to recuperate, relax, and spend time with their non-tattoo families.

What does this mean for you?

• Eikon will close at 1:30PM EST Tuesday, December 24th and reopen on Thursday, January 2nd, 2025 .
• Our final Shipping cut-off of for 2024 is December 23rd at 1:00PM EST
• Orders placed after 1PM EST December 23rd, and during the holiday season, will begin physically shipping on January 2nd. Tracking numbers will be updated at that time.

Our Customer Service team will be available via phone and chat until 12:00PM EST Tuesday, December 24th in case you’d like to wish them a happy holiday.

If you have an urgent inquiry during the holiday period, please send an email to customerservice@eikondevice.com with the Subject line: URGENT, and they’ll do their best to get back to you as quickly as possible. The Customer Service team will be back online to take care of non-urgent inquiries beginning at 9:00AM EST January 2nd, 2025.

Don’t worry, we will leave the website on for ya, you know, just in case your inner Tattoo Supply Geek needs some retail therapy, or you want an excuse to sneak away from the 5th or 6th family gathering…
