Product Description

Kwadron’s direct drive Equaliser® Wireless Pen has been equipped with a removable battery (2 included) so that while you’re working, one battery is in the machine and the other is ready in the charger. The body is housed entirely in aluminum, and has a 1.25” removable grip that allows the machine to lie more firmly in your hand. Three easily accessible buttons make the Neutron easy to operate, and allow you to precisely regulate the voltage in 0.1 V increments. The 4.5w motor has an operating range of 5-12V, however Kwadron® recommends running it at 6-10V. The Neutron’s built-in digital display shows: Voltage, battery charge level, and machine operating time (this is reset each time the machine is turned off). Each pen comes with 1 machine, 2 batteries, 2 additional grips and a battery charger.

    Needs work

    I LOVED this machine, while it worked. It's a fantastic machine, but the issue I had with it was the coil inside where the battery connects. It's so flimsy and loose that the spring itself gets depressed enough where it loses connections constantly when you turn the machine a certain way. Having to go into the insides of the machine every day to carefully pull up the spring without breaking the connection between it, and the main connection. I added a photo of the inside, where you can see the tiny piece of black plastic that is connecting the whole piece together. It's a design flaw for sure, I bought a cheaper brand version and the inside is completely cased in so no issues with that.

    It's the only complaint I've had about this machine, but it's a pretty big one personally.

    Reliably breaks down

    I’m now on my second machine, I bought my first one a year ago and now my second one is having the same issue. turns off randomly during a tattoo and resets at 8 V when it turns back on. Looks at the reviews now I see a lot of reviews having the same issue.
