Billy DeCola is an industry leading tattooer, SMP artist, instructor and laser technician, specializing in body art and the safe and effective removal of body art and cosmetic pigmentation in the skin.
Billy started his tattoo career at the world famous Miami Ink Tattoo Studio in Miami Beach where he apprenticed under world renowned artist and close friend Ami James.
