Customer Service hours are being extended to 9 am – 5 pm EST (Mon-Fri) on the phone lines and 9:30 am – 4:30 pm EST (Mon-Fri) on live Chat. That's right, Ben K. and Stef are back in the house, a safe distance apart, manning the phones. For the quickest service try our live Chat, where our full Customer Service team of Rebecca, Kim, Ben and Stef are available to help you.
Local Delivery Now Available
We’re happy to be bringing back our local delivery option with a few adjustments to make sure we’re all safe as we navigate the pandemic. Currently, we’re not accepting COD and pickups at Eikon head office. Customer Service will confirm delivery hours with local customers, and ask if there are any special instructions for the drivers (ie - is your shop locked or they have to ring a bell).
Express Shipping - Still Not Faster.
UPS cannot guarantee faster delivery for either Express or Expedited shipping methods. We recommend you select Ground Shipping on all orders as shipping charges are non-refundable.

We’ve also increased our warehouse staff to handle the growing volume of orders, as you all get back work. We're following strict physical distancing and cleaning protocols to keep our team safe and keep your orders shipping daily.
