It’s 2022 and it feels like deja-deja vu all over again… As Omicron variant cases have been spiking throughout our region, out of an abundance of caution we’ve adjusted our operations to protect our staff and help reduce the spread of COVID-19 in our community. Don’t worry though, we still have your backs!

Here’s what you need to know:

WE ARE OPEN Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST

  • Our Customer Service Team is Working Remotely: You can reach them via email, or live chat during regular business hours. Live Chat is the best way to get your immediate questions answered quickly and efficiently - just like you normally would over the phone.
  • French Language Customer Support: Si vous préférez une assistance en français - Demandez Kim. Elle se fera un plaisir de vous aider!
  • Shipping Delays May Be Possible: As you may know, Omicron has taken its toll on staffing at numerous businesses, including carriers. With staff out, this may cause some slight delays in shipping. Be sure to get your orders in as early as possible to avoid unnecessary delays.
  • Curbside pick-ups are temporarily suspended until further notice...

BUT

  • FREE local shipping is available: Local orders will continue to go out daily. Place your order by noon, and you’ll receive your package that same day! (bonus - you won’t have to go out in the cold…)
  • AVOID FROZEN INK: With the temperatures across the country dipping well into the minus double digits, don’t forget to check out our tips for ensuring your ink gets to you safely and unfrozen.

Please rest assured, that if you’ve called and left a message for the Customer Service team, we do receive them and will do our best to get back to you via email within 1 business day. Please check your SPAM folder if you don’t see a reply from us. For the next while though, we DO encourage you to take advantage of Live Chat if you need to reach Customer Service. We’re here for you!
