We’ve been making tattoo needles for 30+ years now, starting with loose needles way back in 1994, pre-made needles in 2007, then your beloved Hydra needles in 2013. Finally, since you asked for them (and let’s face it – you’d been asking for a really long time now) Eikon Cartridges are here, and they were worth the wait.

We’re kicking things off with 52 configurations, spread out over 6 classic groupings including: Round Liners, Straight Round Liners, Hollow Round Liners, Round Shaders, Magnums and Soft Edge Magnums.

Stabilization System - Giving Your Liners Some Backbone

All Eikon Cartridge Liners are equipped with an Internal Stabilization System, a backbone if you will, that gives them the strong rigid performance they’ve quickly became known for. The Stabilization System was designed to keep your needles running true, for cleaner lines, low chatter and less wear on your needles, keeping them sharper longer.

Meet the Eikon Cartridges Lineup

Eikon Round Liners

Eikon Round Liner Cartridges are made using our Long Taper Needles which have been tightly grouped and drawn in to produce ultra crisp and clean lines.

Available in 13 configurations and 3 Needle Diameters, and a Long Taper.

Eikon Straight Round Liners

Eikon Straight Round Liner Cartridges, also known as Loose Round Liners, use the same longer taper needles as our Round Liners, but with a lower soldering point which leaves them more open or “loose” to produce a larger, thicker line.

Available in 3 Configurations and a Long Taper 0.35 Needle Diameter.

Eikon Hollow Round Liners

Eikon Hollow Round Liner Cartridges are a slightly looser version of our Round Liners with the centre needle removed, increasing the amount of pigment these cartridges carry/deposit. This allows for thicker bolder single-pass lines, and results in less trauma to the skin.

Available in 3 Configurations and a Long Taper 0.35 Needle Diameter.

Eikon Round Shaders

Eikon Round Shader Cartridges feature a looser configuration that’s made up of thinner, 0.30mm diameter Long Taper needles. These needles are perfect for colour-packing and shading in those smaller spaces.

Available in 5 Configurations and a Long Taper 0.30 Needle Diameter.

Eikon Mag Shaders

Eikon Mag Shaders are soldered smoothly with evenly spaced needles to ensure they deliver a lot of ink in fewer passes. These are perfect for shading or colour-packing in larger areas.

Available in 6 Configurations and a Long Taper 0.35 Needle Diameter.

Eikon Curved Magnums

Eikon Soft-Edge, or “Curved” Magnums, provide the same high level of ink delivery as the standard Mags, while the curved edges produce smoother blending and “softer edges” and gradations. Perfect for soft shading or colour work.

Not All Membranes Are Created Equal

Eikon Cartridge Membranes are soft and flexible to ensure that they stay in place, protecting you and your machine while at the same time providing you with the consistent return you covet.

To keep your Health department happy, these cartridges are clearly labelled as fully membraned on both the packaging and blister packs.

The Clear Choice

Made with a one-piece clear plastic mold, Eikon Cartridges are clear, easy to clean and deliver great ink flow.

Don’t let their size fool ya, these big bellied cartridges rest comfortably in your hand and taper quickly into a thinner tip for improved feel and visibly. Their anti-roll finger grooves will give your money bump a break, while at the same time providing an improved grip when switching out cartridges.

Colour-Coded Labelling System

Ever look at your station and wonder which cartridge was the Standard 3RL and which was the BugPin 3RL?

Our colour coding system helps you quickly and easily identify the needle diameter, or gauge, of a cartridge while in the box or loose your station. No eye loupe required, plus they look great on your shelf or in your drawer.
