Kwadron Cartridges - The Gold Standard
Although we take pride in our knack for hunting down interesting new products that’ll make your life as a tattooist easier, in this case we have to give credit where credit is due… YOU! Back in 2019 (a simpler time it seems…) Kwadron Cartridges were the product most requested by artists. Since you asked so nicely, we brought them in starting with 50 of their most popular tattoo needle configurations.
What did you love about Kwadron Cartridges?
KWADRON cartridges feature a unique needle stabilization system housed in a high-quality, 2-piece cartridge housing made of medical-grade plastic. This tandem reduces friction between the tattoo needle and the casing, keeping those needles sharper, longer. Aside from the quality, one of the big reasons Kwadron cartridge needles were so popular early on, was that their cartridges were sold in 20-count boxes at a time when Cheyenne still sold theirs in boxes of 10.
What you didn’t like about Kwadron Cartridge Needles...
When they were first introduced to the Canadian market, Kwadron cartridges didn’t have an internal bladder or membrane. Kwadron began to rectify this back in 2020, by slowly moving each cartridge tattoo needle configuration over to their now fully membraned system.
The perks of having a membrane in cartridge needles are clear; for one, it protects you and your machines from ink backflow, which can jam up the motor on your tattoo machine and potentially void your warranty.
Just as we did when we first brought Kwadron cartridge needles in, we’ve continued to listen to your feedback and since launch we’ve expanded our selection of Kwadron cartridges to 66 configurations. This includes the most recent addition of the 0.25mm line of liners and shaders, requested by TiaBerry.
