Alberta Bound for the 2022 Calgary Tattoo and Arts Show
Battery Test Drive & Power Station
Since we last saw you in Calgary, the battery revolution has taken the industry by storm and with it, the power section of our online store.
If you’ve been on the fence about battery packs, want to see them up close and personal, or just want to know what’s out there, swing by the booth and plug one in. We’ll have battery packs on hand from FK Irons, Critical, Bishop and True Tattoo Supply.
Feel free to bring your own machines along for a test drive, or use one of the many machines we’ll have with us on display.
While battery packs may be this year's centerfold model, let's not ignore the full-featured sexiness of traditional Power Supplies. Come on by and check out what Musotoku, Critical and FK Irons have to offer.
Battle of the Wands (Pens)
Unlike the bank, we don't chain our pens to the counter, so come see us and do your own up close and personal comparison of the newest pen machines from Cheyenne, Bishop, FK Irons and Kwadron.
Get a better understanding of the weight distribution, vibration levels and overall grip comfort of each model. Choosing a machine is kinda like choosing a partner; get to know it before making that long term commitment and you’ll be much happier.
The INK SHOPPE aka “The Candy Store”
Andrew from @cottage13tattoo used to call the ink section of our booth “The Candy Store” and believe me, this year's version won't disappoint the kid in you. This time around we’ll be showing off the top colours from 4 of the 5 colour lines we carry, including the newest addition; World Famous Ink. (Sorry, no Dermaglo this trip)
Can’t make it to Calgary? Take advantage of our web store's World Famous Ink promotion. You can save 15% on all World Famous ink purchases all October long. Yes, even sets. Just add any World Famous Ink to your cart and save.
Super Secret TIM Stencil Station
If there’s one thing that’s inevitable at a tattoo convention, it's the long lines at the copier station, overheating thermal copiers, and smudged carrier sheets. So this year we’ll be packing an all new TIM Thermal Copier and setting it up at the booth for you to check out (…and make the occasional emergency stencil. Shhh let's keep that between us).
Hypafix vs Saniderm vs View Guard - You Be The Judge
One of the most important decisions to make when choosing a transparent bandage is how easily both you and your client will be able to apply it (with gloves on). If you have time on your hands while you’re at the Calgary show, drop by the booth and let Rebecca walk you though some tips and tricks for applying each of these three brands.
Need a small piece to test out on a client at the show? No problem! We’ll cut you a strip to take back to your booth.
Have a great show! We can’t wait to see you on the road!
