We use UPS to ship all Canadian orders directly from our warehouse in Kingston, Ontario, to our customers across the country. We also offer a number of UPS shipping options, so you can choose how quickly you’d like to receive your order.
TIP: If you want to avoid delays in receiving your order, we recommend that you:
- Place your order before 1:00PM EST so it ships the same day*.
- Please verify that you’ve provided us with your correct shipping address, phone number and email address.
* We do our best to ship your orders the same day, but there may be exceptions when order volume is extremely high.\
Shipping To The USA
Cross-border shopping is as easy as shopping locally. There are NO hidden fees, duties, or taxes when you shop with us.
We use FedEx to ship U.S. orders from our warehouse in Ogdensburg, New York, to anywhere in the United States. We also offer a number of FedEx shipping options, so you can choose how quickly you’d like to receive your order.

- Please make sure that you’ve provided us with your correct shipping address, phone number and email address.
International Shipping
Unfortunately we do not ship outside North America. If you’re not located in Canada or the U.S. and you’re interested in purchasing Eikon branded products, please visit our Authorized International Distributor Locator page.
Shipping Hazardous Items
Items designated as hazardous (ie. surface disinfectants) can only be shipped via Ground service. Shipping restrictions are noted on the product detail page of items designated as hazardous. If your shopping cart includes one or more hazardous items, you will only be able to select a Ground Shipping option.
FREE Ground Shipping
Our Free Ground Shipping* offer is only valid for Artists registered with a Professional Account. Applicable orders qualify for FREE Ground Shipping when the order value exceeds $150.00 before taxes.
*Free shipping exclusions:
- Furniture, lighting, and thermal copiers are EXCLUDED from FREE Shipping
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Yukon and the Northwest Territories are EXCLUDED from FREE Shipping.
Shipping Ink During Winter Months
Winters in Canada can be brutal so to help reduce the risk of your ink order freezing in transit, our Shipping team inserts heat packs in every pigment order shipped during the months of November thru March. While this may be helpful, there are other steps you can take to ensure your ink gets to you safely.
“Better safe than sorry” tips for shipping ink…
- Place your ink order separately from the rest of your supplies.
- Choose EXPRESS Shipping to reduce the risk of receiving frozen ink.
- Place your order early in the week (Monday or Tuesday) to reduce the risk of having your ink order sitting on the truck outside in the carrier’s truckyard over the weekend.

Damaged Packages Shipped to a Residence
Please note that if you had your order shipped to a residence, your damage claim may not be covered by the carrier as drivers usually leave packages unattended (on the porch, or apartment building lobby) when no one is at the residence to receive it.
