Helping Hands: Your Tattoo Gloves Are Needed Elsewhere
Over the coming days, we’ll be shipping the majority of our glove stock to front-line workers in the fight against COVID-19. We’re proud that the Eikon gloves you know and trust, are being provided to the amazing people working tirelessly on the front lines in health-care and other essential services.
Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. We’re working hard to have a new shipment on its way to ensure you have gloves when it’s time to go back to the shop.
Reduction in Customer Service Hours
We’re available live on chat, and monitoring our email Monday to Friday, from 11am to 2pm EST.
Our Customer Service Team has been putting in long hours over the last few weeks to keep your orders moving. Still, as the entire country is now at home (or should be), we’re making a few more adjustments. Our Customer Service hours have been reduced, and the updated hours are effective immediately. We’re still here for you, but our team needs to be there for their families as well.
We’ll be closed for Good Friday, April 10th, 2020.
Shipping Delays
We’re continuing to ship your orders and are in constant contact with UPS, FEDEX and artists about their experiences as things change day-by-day.
UPS is doing its best to ensure all customers receive their packages on time, but they’ve prioritized essential businesses. Any shipments to non-essential businesses could experience a hold of up to 9 Days.
Here’s what you need to know:

- Address changes are not available while packages are being held.
- Changing an address while a package is in transit, is currently taking 3-4 business days and another 1-2 days to be shipped.
- British Columbia and Quebec are currently being affected by delays of 10 days or more.
- Other provinces are experiencing shipment delays of 1–3 days.
- Local Pickups from the Eikon warehouse are still not available. Please select a UPS service option during checkout.
USA:
- FedEx is delayed by only 1–2 days in most areas.
General
- We’ll continue to ship your orders, but we’ve reduced the number of days we’re actually shipping packages from our warehouses.
