Friends Don't Let Friends Freeze Ink...
Welcome to Heat Pack Season!
As the temperatures drop, the risk of ink freezing in transit is something we take VERY seriously. That’s why from November thru March, we put heat packs in every order containing ink to reduce the risk of it arriving frozen on your doorstep. That said, there are other things you can do to make sure your ink doesn’t freeze en route to you...
Order earlier in the Week
Depending on where your shop is located in Canada, most ground-ship orders take on average from 1-2 days* (Ontario and Quebec), 2+ days* (Saskatchewan, Manitoba) and 4+ days (Alberta and BC)*. Be sure to take this into consideration when placing an order that contains ink. If you place an order on Monday or Tuesday, shops in most provinces will likely get their package before the weekend.
Keep an eye on the weather
Try to avoid ordering ink during extreme cold weather snaps or when snow storms are expected, as these may result in your order being stuck out in the cold longer than normal.
Use Express Shipping
The faster we can get your ink out of the cold and into your shop, the better. Most Express-Shipping options are so fast you'll be able to use our 72-hour heat pack as a hand warmer long after your ink is on your shelf. When not in transit, Express orders are stored indoors, further protecting your ink from the elements.
